Intellectual Property Trademark Litigation Attorney

Mid-level Trademark and Copyright Litigation Associate

Our client is a major Am law firm, seeking a mid to senior level IP litigation associate to join its Litigation Practice Group in Palo Alto, New York, and Washington, DC. The salary for this position is between $225k to $435k.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in trademark and copyright litigation.
• Experience in drafting motions, running offensive and defensive discovery, taking and defending depositions, working with experts, and preparing for trial preferred.
• State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice is required.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
