Our client is a top firm, seeking an IP litigator for its New York office. The salary for this position is between $170k to $195k.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in trademark and copyright.
• TTAB litigation experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills; team focused.
• Strong academic credentials.
• New York bar admission is required.
