Intellectual Property Technology Transactions Attorney

Our client is an Am law 100 firm, seeking a junior to mid-level Technology Transactions Associate for its New York office. Big law or in-house experience preferred. The salary range for this position is between $235k to $365k.

• 2-5 years of technology transactions experience, including drafting and negotiation software, technology and content licenses, development agreements, professional services agreements, manufacturing, collaboration, supply and distribution agreements, and e-commerce, media, and entertainment transactions.
• Experience with M&A and equity financing transactions (drafting transaction agreements, and conducting IP due diligence), is a plus.
• New York bar admission is required.
