This opportunity is geared toward attorneys with a strong foundation in high-level transactional work within financial services, complex M&A, and IP-driven deal structures. The ideal candidate will bring a background from a Top 200 Am Law firm (or a well-regarded regional firm known for sophisticated matters) and possess experience advising clients on complex intellectual property and corporate transactions.Practice FocusIntellectual Property (Patent) TransactionsFinancial Services-Related TransactionsMergers & AcquisitionsTechnology and IP Licensing AgreementsStructuring and negotiating IP-focused dealsCore ResponsibilitiesLead and structure complex patent acquisitions, licensing transactions, and IP monetization strategies.Advise clients on IP aspects of financial services transactions and M&A deals.Draft and negotiate agreements involving patent rights, technology transfers, and related commercial arrangements.Provide strategic counsel regarding regulatory compliance and corporate structuring in IP-centric transactions.Collaborate with cross-functional legal teams on high-value, sophisticated matters.Candidate ProfileEducation: JD from a Top 50 law school preferred (strong academic credentials required).Law Firm Background: Experience at an Am Law 200 firm preferred.
