Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Intellectual Property Patent Associate.

Responsibilities Incude:

• Patent Drafting & Prosecution: Lead end-to-end patent drafting and prosecution before the USPTO.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in patent drafting and prosecution.
• Credentials: Registered to practice before the USPTO.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Bar Admission: Admitted to a state bar.
