Intellectual Property Litigation Associate - Trademark, Copyright, Trade Secrets
Our client is a large international firn, seeking an IP litigator with 2 to 4 years of for its Boston, New York, Washington, DC, Silicon Valley and San Francisco offices. The salary for this psition is between $235k to $310k.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of IP litigation experience in one or all of the following: AI, copyright, trademark, trade secret and/or false advertising.
- Understand of one or more of the following: Lanham Act, the Copyright Act, the DMCA, federal and state trade-secret statutes, CFAA (computer access laws) and related state laws.
- Trial experience is preferred.
- Excellent academic credentials and excellent writing and communication skills.
- State bar admissio in jurisdiction of practice.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
