Our client is a top firm, seeking an IP Litigator with 5-8 years of experience for its Irvine, San Francisco, or Palo Alto offices. The firm is seeking candidates at either the associate or partner level. The salary range for this position is between $280k to $375k.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in all aspects of IP litigation, including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret cases.
- Experience collaborating with clients to develop case strategies and manage complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes.
- Experience drafting and arguing dispositive motions and Markman briefs, taking and defending depositions, and working with technical experts.
- Experience with ITC Section 337 investigations or TTAB/PTAB proceedings is preferred.
- This role involves mentoring junior associates and oversees document review teams.
- Contributing to business development and client relationship management.
- California state bar is required.
- Strong academic credentials and exceptional legal writing skills.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
