Duties

• Conduct early case assessments and investigations, including analysis of accused products and prior art.
• Draft invalidity and infringement claim charts and assist with contentions.
• Prepare pleadings and motions, and handle related meet‑and‑confers.
• Manage complex discovery and negotiations, including e‑discovery tools and vendors.
• Prepare claim construction briefs and hearing materials.
• Collaborate with experts on reports and testimony.
• Prepare deposition outlines and exhibits.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
• Strong academic record.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and writing skills.

Education

Undergraduate or advanced degree in a technological or scientific field preferred.

Certifications

Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
