Duties

- Prepare pleadings and motions, and handle related meet-and-confers.
- Prepare and respond to written discovery, utilizing e-discovery tools and vendors.
- Manage complex discovery and negotiations.
- Prepare claim construction briefs and hearing materials.
- Collaborate with experts on reports and testimony.
- Prepare deposition outlines and exhibits.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
- Strong academic record.
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and writing skills.
Education
Undergraduate or advanced degree in a technological or scientific field preferred.
Certifications
Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
