- Participate in PTAB proceedings, including IPRs.
- Explore SEPs/FRAND and telecommunications disputes.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of patent litigation experience.
- Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
