Duties
- Engage in patent litigation in federal district court, including fact development and discovery.
- Participate in ITC (Section 337) investigations and coordinate with parallel proceedings.
- Draft high-quality written work, including briefs and motions.
- Collaborate with technical experts to present clear, persuasive arguments.
- Involve in PTAB proceedings, including IPRs.
- Explore SEPs/FRAND and disputes involving telecommunications and multimedia standards.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of patent litigation experience.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and problem-solving skills.

- Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction required.
Education
