Duties

- Draft briefs, motions, and client communications.
- Collaborate with technical experts to present clear, persuasive arguments.
- Handle PTAB proceedings, including IPRs.
- Explore SEPs/FRAND and disputes involving telecommunications and multimedia standards.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of patent litigation experience.
- Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
