Our client is a top firm, seeking a life science/biotech patent litigator for its intellectual property practice in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, San Francisco, DC, New York, and Seattle. The salary range is $230k to $305k.
Qualifications
- 3-7 years of life science patent litigation experience which includes discovery, motion practices, and trial preparations.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Degree in biology, biomedical engineering or pharmaceutical sciences or related; advanced degree is strongly preferred.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
