Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of patent litigation—from pre‑suit investigations through trial preparation—including discovery, motion practice, depositions, expert reports, and trial prep. Work directly with partners and clients across a range of technology sectors, supporting IP counseling and enforcement strategies. Collaborate with cross‑practice teams on complex commercial and technology matters.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of patent litigation experience at a law firm or equivalent setting.
- Technical background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or comparable technology experience.
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear legal arguments.
- USPTO registration is a plus but not required.
- Admission to at least one U.S. state bar required.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary $160,000 - $250,000 per year. Full‑time role with firm‑sponsored healthcare benefits and flexible work arrangements including hybrid and partial remote options. The firm is open to candidates outside the New York area.
