Duties
- Develop and execute global IP strategies in collaboration with in-house teams.
- Draft and prosecute patent applications.
- Draft opinions of counsel.
- Conduct due diligence investigations.
- Perform freedom-to-operate and landscape analyses.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of patent drafting and prosecution experience.
- Membership in the U.S. patent bar.
Education
- Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Aerospace Engineering.
Certifications
- U.S. patent bar membership.
