Imagine yourself providing analysis, integration, and training, to give USARPAC and its partners an advantage over near-peer competitors in the USINDOPACOM AOR. Parsons is hiring a counter-malign influence (CMI) analyst to work closely with our US Army Pacific (USARPAC) client in Honolulu, HI.Specific Responsibilities:Serve as a mid-level Parsons analyst supporting USARPAC's counter-malign influence (CMI) portfolio with deep familiarity of the INDOPACOM AOR and associated near-peer competitorsProvide advice and expertise for the USARPAC mission partner regarding prospective new intelligence target focus areas, innovative processes, and/or approaches to countering malign influence threatsSupport development of new USARPAC initiatives with respect to collection and analysis, including but not limited to information operations campaigns, data science and big data integration, and counter threat financeConduct analysis and integrate with other data sources, including traditional intelligence sources to provide targeting solutions in the competition space to inform and expedites senior leader decision-makingLeverage data to identify malign influence actors and activities and uncover methods of disrupting their operating space and changing behavior at the organizational and individual levelsAbility to conduct CONUS and OCONUS travel, as required by mission partner (approx. 15%)Required Education/Experience:5+ years' relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; 12+ years with a Master's (Master's degree preferred)3 years' experience working in INDOPACIFIC regionDemonstrated relevant subject matter expertise in intelligence analysis, network analysis, and/or geospatial analysisProven understanding of international business, business models, economic principles, and value chainsProven ability to design and implement defense and interagency plans, doctrine, strategies, and operationsFamiliarity with artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) initiativesExtensive knowledge of political, military, economic, academic, transnational criminal, information / media, and cultural aspects of foreign malign influenceFamiliarity with the intelligence community and prior experience building broad-based teams/coalitionsValid US PassportActive DoD TS clearance with SCI eligibility requiredPreferred Experience:Support to Special Operations Forces strongly preferredDemonstrated critical thinking and writing skills, including the ability to draft reports with limited editorial supportPrevious exposure to Special Technical Operations (STO) and Special Access Programs (SAP)Prior Support to DoD, law enforcement, and/or regulatory agencies supporting dynamic real-world missionsDemonstrated communications skills, including the ability to brief leadership up to and including the SES/GO-FO levelsPrior experience working in cross-functional teams across multiple locationsPrevious deployment experience in the USINDOPACOM AORFamiliarity with analytical tools such as: Analyst Notebook, ArcGIS, record message traffic, interagency tools, commercial databases, information tools, etc.US Army MILDEC and/or MISO trainingSecurity Clearance Requirement:An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.Salary Range: $88,400.00 - $154,700.00We value our employees and want our employees to take care of their overall wellbeing, which is why we offer best-in-class benefits such as medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k), life insurance, flexible work schedules, and holidays to fit your busy lifestyle!
