Responsible for overseeing program integrity and compliance, the full-time Integrity Assurance Manager will manage audits, prepare personnel for inspections, and ensure adherence to federal contract requirements in a remote-friendly environment. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and customer-required audits Prepare personnel and documentation for customer inspections and compliance reviews Educate employees on proper handling and safeguarding of sensitive information and PII Required Qualifications Active favorable adjudicated T5, T5R, or HT security clearance Experience with DHS programs highly desired Proven background in compliance program administration Knowledge of federal background investigation contract requirements Experience in audit preparation and execution
