Partnering with internal teams and external platform providers, the full-time Integrations Specialist will support integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate benefits data flow across systems in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Develop deep expertise in third-party platforms and their integration with internal systems, providing guidance on capabilities and best practices Collaborate with implementation, operations, and technology teams to identify risks and recommend solutions for onboarding and adoption Analyze trends and operational patterns, creating documentation and standards to drive consistent support models Required qualifications 2+ years of experience with ben-admin or HCM platforms such as Workday, ADP, or similar tools Experience configuring or supporting benefits within an HCM or ben-admin platform Understanding of API concepts and tools (e.g., REST APIs, JSON, Postman, or Swagger) Experience in operations, implementation, or technical enablement within group benefits Ability to work remotely with access to high-speed internet and located in the United States or Puerto Rico
