Integration Technology Administrator

About the Role

Warner Bros. Discovery's Integration team is seeking a Senior Application Integration Developer to provide technical expertise in supporting and enhancing the integration suite, including Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services. The role's primary functions include the day-to-day configuration and development of the Informatica platform. The postholder works closely with peers within the Enterprise Technology Group, external partners and vendors, and business users to determine requirements and translate them into technical solutions. The candidate is expected to complete individual tasks independently in a dynamic environment in support of departmental and company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to support and enhance the integration suite, including Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services.
• Configure and develop the Informatica platform on a day-to-day basis.
• Work with peers in the Enterprise Technology Group, external partners and vendors, and business users to determine requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Translate business requirements into project design, development and execution.
• Resolve platform environment issues and apply EBFs, patches and hot fixes.
• Automate backups, purge, build scripts, and start-up and shutdown scripts.
• Set up disaster recovery environments across multiple regions and support datacentre migration and application upgrades.
• Provide 24x7 application and platform support, prepare root cause analyses, obtain client approval and implement PBE tasks.
• Mentor team members and complete individual tasks independently in a dynamic environment.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an ETL/integration developer or administrator.
• 3+ years of experience working with Informatica Repository, Designer, Workflow and Monitor.
• 2+ years of experience in modern DevOps/SRE practices such as CI/CD, performance monitoring and incident management.
• 2+ years of programming experience writing Linux and shell scripts.
• 1+ year of experience setting up, monitoring and troubleshooting PowerCenter for SAP NetWeaver, SAP IDocs and Salesforce.
• Experience in data modelling.
• Experience in API development, including best practices, testing methods and deployment strategies.
• Experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services, including Cloud Data Integration, Cloud Application Integration, API Management and Cloud Integration Hub.
• Experience in Cloud API Gateway configuration.
• Experience integrating on-premises applications with SaaS applications.
• Experience integrating ERP applications such as SAP and Salesforce.
• Expertise in translating business requirements into project design, development and execution.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, including the ability to convey highly technical information in business terms and to communicate clearly by email.
• Ability to work effectively with peers, external partners and vendors, and business users.
• Ability to independently complete individual tasks in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the Informatica cloud platform.
• Knowledge of Erwin or ER Studio for data modelling.
