Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize data connections across Epic and external systems to ensure efficient and secure data exchanges.
- Collaborate with customer teams to support integrations and diagnose interface issues.
- Fine-tune integrations to meet evolving operational needs in diverse healthcare settings.
- Help enable customer operational success and empower better patient care through reliable data flow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or higher in engineering, math, information systems, or a related field
- A history of academic and professional success
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
- COVID-19 vaccination
