Integration Release ManagerYears of Experience - 1-3 YrsEngagement & Overview - The Integration Release Manager (IRM) will provide execution leadership throughout the lifecycle of Information Technologies projects supporting IT Integration into client for Business Partners. The Integration RM will be actively involved in understanding requirements and solution design for integration projects to allow for successful implementation of solution delivery during the US-night time. Key aspects of managing the implementation execution are troubleshooting, collaboration, issue resolution and proactive communication updatesPrimary Responsibilities - Work directly with ETIPS Integration delivery staff and ETIPS staff – from technical to executive level – to execute deployment timelines supporting implementation lifecycle across global teamsProvide execution leadership tied to infrastructure for internal systems and delivering solutions to customersPlan and partner with Integration Lead (IL) on project deployment timelines and working closely with global project teamsProvide concise written communication of deployment status and issues, with regular updates to resolution for visibility and transparencyEstablish and maintain strong relationship with internal & external customers and 3rd party vendors across global teamsUnderstand project value and impact, aligning to the program and project goalsDrive best-practices and documentation in support of repeatable processesEngage with Integration Leads to allow independent support of US-evening cutover/implementation work, such as but not limited to:Untrusted and Trusted data center cutoversTrusted user site cutoversVoice migrationsPossible cutovers for Firewall work or other internal projectsGuest Access cutoversB2B tunnel migrationsRegional Hub MigrationsDuring non-implementation time, focus on items such as, but not limited to:Build a Communications RepositoryTo be leveraged for status updates and issue resolutionBuild a Key Contacts RepositoryFor global teams and Business Partner-specific integrationsImplementation Plan RevisionsUpdate cutsheets or implementation plans based on real-time experiencesReviewing Rally Kanban BoardsResource for understanding where work is actively updated for global project teamsDocumentation UpdatesSupport global project team with any administrative updates on current progress (IRAADs Project Plans, Rally Cards, as applicable)Overall InitiativeSuggest ideas and ways to offload the work being done by the US-based Integration LeadsGeneral Responsibilities of Integration Leads, with awareness and understanding by Integration Release Manager1) Finalize detailed integration scope for each workstream2) Schedule kick-off meetings for Workstreams when applicable3) Oversee day to day work streams - ensure all workstreams are progressing to stay on track4) Conduit to other non-EEPS teams such as Real Estate, EIS-Security, Enterprise Integration5) Create and Manage project repository and access6) Provide workstream status to Engagement Managers7) Manage overall financial plan for the integration8) Remove impediments9) Escalate blockers10) Provide weekly status updates to EM11) Run the Project/Oversee task execution12) Request project resources13) Initiate requests to required teams14) Create Project plan and manage completion of tasks, including sub project plans, status calls, working sessions, etc...
