Role Overview:
You will lead work that connects multiple HR systems into a unified talent technology environment. Coordinate technical teams and business stakeholders, manage project plans and dependencies, and keep integration work moving toward delivery. You should have managed complex application integrations and be able to quickly adapt to a new technology environment. Experience with HR technology is helpful, but your primary focus will be on systems integration.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project activities across enterprise systems integration initiatives.
• Build and maintain plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
• Coordinate work across technical teams, business partners, and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; communicate their impact and drive resolution.
• Track progress and provide clear project status updates.
• Translate technical updates into practical information for business stakeholders.
• Work independently with limited day-to-day direction.

Required Qualifications:

• Project management experience with systems or application integrations.
• Experience delivering complex, enterprise-level technology projects.
• Strong command of project planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
