To support a growing team, the full-time Integration Manager will configure and activate partners in the production environment, manage API keys, and troubleshoot transaction issues, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Configure and activate merchants in the production environment, ensuring technical readiness for Go-Live Manage API key setups and verify configurations to prevent transaction errors Utilize logs and monitoring tools to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the pre-live stage Required qualifications 1+ years of experience in L2/L3 Tech Support or as a Senior Support Agent/Support Manager in FinTech, Crypto, or payment processing Hands-on experience with logs and troubleshooting transaction errors Understanding of client-server architecture, REST APIs, and JSON structures Proficiency in using Postman for request validation Fluent in English (B2/C1), with Ukrainian or Russian language skills preferred for effective communication with international merchants
