Responsibilities
  • Configure, manage, and support secure file transfers using enterprise SFTP/MFT platforms.
  • Coordinate file transfer onboarding across hospitals, business units, vendors, and third-party partners.
  • Manage and maintain inbound and outbound file transfer configurations across development, test, and production environments.
  • Work with application owners, infrastructure teams, vendors, and external partners to gather requirements and establish secure connectivity.
  • Support file transfers originating from on-premises systems, cloud platforms, vendor-hosted environments, and enterprise applications.
  • Troubleshoot file transfer failures, connectivity issues, authentication problems, and delayed file deliveries.
  • Monitor daily file transfer activities and ensure successful and timely processing.
  • Maintain documentation for file transfer configurations, workflows, dependencies, and operational procedures.
  • Follow organizational security standards, data protection requirements, and healthcare compliance guidelines.
  • Support multiple integration, onboarding, and migration initiatives while managing competing priorities.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, networking, server, and application teams to implement and maintain secure data exchange solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and ongoing platform maintenance.
Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience supporting enterprise SFTP, MFT, or secure file transfer environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Globalscape EFT or a similar enterprise MFT platform.
  • Experience supporting integration, onboarding, or migration projects in a large enterprise environment.
  • Strong knowledge of secure file transfer protocols including SFTP, FTPS, SCP, HTTPS, and SSH .
  • Understanding of file transfer workflows, scheduling, encryption, authentication, certificates, and automation.
  • Experience working with internal application/infrastructure teams and external vendors or partners.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to resolve connectivity and file transfer issues.
  • Working knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments.
  • Understanding of networking concepts including firewalls, ports, DNS, IP addresses, and connectivity troubleshooting .
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Scripting or automation experience using PowerShell, Shell scripting, Python, or similar technologies is a plus.
  • Healthcare or hospital systems experience is preferred.
  • Experience with healthcare integrations and secure exchange of sensitive data is a plus.
  • Strong team player with a focus on operational ownership and service reliability.
