A Tibco Integration Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions using Tibco software products. The role focuses on enabling seamless communication between enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency, and supporting business process automation.
Required Skills
- Core Tibco Tools: BusinessWorks BW 5x and 6
- EMS / RV / ActiveMatrix TIBCO Administrator
- Integration Concepts: EAI, SOA, API management
- Web Services: SOAP / REST
- Database: Oracle, SQL Server
- Version Control / CICD: Git, Jenkins
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree: in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Experience: 5+ years in Tibco integration projects
- Methodologies: Agile and integration best practices
- Certifications: Tibco Certified Professional (plus)
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Development:
- Develop and implement integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks, BW EMS, ADB R3, and File adapters.
- Create and optimize workflows for Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
- System Integration:
- Implement SOAP/REST web services, XML transformations, and JMS messaging.
- Testing and Deployment:
- Perform unit and integration testing, troubleshoot issues.
- Generate EAR files and deploy applications using TIBCO Administrator.
- Performance and Scalability:
- Monitor and optimize Tibco applications for high availability and scalability.
- Documentation:
- Prepare technical design documents, deployment guides, and maintain integration process records.
