Role Overview:
You will support a team evaluating applications, data, integrations, and reporting capabilities across real estate businesses. Your role will involve documenting current technology, identifying consolidation opportunities, defining integration and reporting requirements, and developing SQL, integration, and reporting solutions. You will work with both business and technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in discovery sessions and document application, data, integration, and reporting capabilities across businesses.
• Identify source and target systems, data feeds, interfaces, reports, system owners, consumers, manual processes, and undocumented dependencies.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, source-to-target mappings, feed specifications, report specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and modify SQL extracts, transformations, reconciliation queries, data-quality checks, interfaces, and reports.
• Evaluate existing enterprise capabilities and recommend new tools or solutions.
• Support system consolidation and migration planning by identifying overlapping capabilities, dependencies, risks, and logical migration phases.
• Develop and execute integration, regression, and user-acceptance testing.
• Investigate data discrepancies, troubleshoot integration issues, and document root causes.
• Support ongoing business priorities, including SQL development, feed troubleshooting, reporting, testing, reconciliation, and production issues.
• Create clear technical documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer to the broader team.

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced experience with SQL Server and T-SQL development.
• Hands-on experience documenting data feeds, database interfaces, APIs, scheduled extracts, or file-based integrations.
• Experience developing requirements, interface specifications, source-to-target mappings, report specifications, and test scenarios.
• Experience facilitating discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders and translating ambiguous requirements into documented decisions and next steps.
• Experience with operational, financial, management, or investment reporting.
• Experience with data quality, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong documentation, communication, problem-solving, and knowledge-transfer skills.
