To support a federal customer, the remote Integration API Data Engineer will design and implement APIs, interfaces, and integration services that facilitate secure data movement across various systems and processes. Key responsibilities: Design, develop, test, document, and maintain RESTful APIs and integration components using approved technologies Analyze system requirements, data models, and dependencies to implement secure data exchange and integration patterns Collaborate with security and data engineers to apply security controls and define data quality requirements Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience Demonstrated experience developing APIs, system interfaces, and data integrations in enterprise environments Experience with structured data formats, API security, and automated testing Ability to troubleshoot complex cross-system integration and data-flow issues U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a 6c Public Trust; active Secret clearance preferred
