Integrated Project Management AnalystAs an Integrated Project Management (IPM) Analyst, you bring deep expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM), program controls, and performance analysis to help our Navy clients successfully execute complex acquisition programs. You're passionate about understanding how cost, schedule, and technical performance intersect, and you use that insight to identify risk, explain variance, and drive corrective action. We're looking for an experienced analyst who can lead performance assessments, advise government stakeholders, and improve program outcomes across large-scale development and test efforts.On our team supporting Navy acquisition programs, you'll serve as a subject matter expert in integrated program management consisting of both EVM and Schedule Analysis. You'll analyze cost, schedule, and performance data to assess program health, forecast outcomes, and support informed decision-making. Your work will span performance analysis, compliance analysis, predictability analysis, and Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), ensuring programs are executing to approved baselines and aligned with EVM industry standards.You won't work alone.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including program managers, systems engineers, cost estimators, schedulers, and acquisition professionals to integrate technical, cost, and schedule data into a comprehensive picture of program execution. You'll lead and support briefings, develop clear and compelling presentations, and communicate complex findings to senior government leadership in a way that drives action.In this role, you'll leverage your deep understanding of EVM and scheduling practices, systems engineering principles, and program controls to evaluate affordability, readiness, and execution risk. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).
