Key responsibilities include:Build, maintain, and baseline the integrated master schedule (IMS) within the knowledge management (KM) portal, ensuring alignment with contractual and program objectivesPerform critical path analysis, schedule health checks, and risk identification across engineering, operational, and tech refresh milestonesCollaborate closely with program management and technical delivery teams to develop synchronized schedules that support all phases of CIS mission executionTrack progress, monitor variances, and recommend or implement corrective actions to maintain schedule integrity and on-time deliveryCommunicate schedule impacts, dependencies, and forecasts to leadership, ensuring informed decision-making and mission continuitySupport transition activities by sequencing legacy and new contract workflows, providing visibility into resource loading, task sequencing, and readiness for transition gatesWhat you'll need to succeed:Education: Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field, or 10+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degreeClearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraphExperience using project management and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Planner, Jira, etc.)Familiarity with Service Central3+ years of experience developing or managing schedules within DoW, IC, or engineering environmentsUS citizenship requiredLocation: Onsite
