Integrated Master SchedulerThe Integrated Master Scheduler is expected to be able to accomplish the following:Build and maintain the IMS using industry-standard scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project/Project Online, Primavera P6), aligning to the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), and Statement of Work (SOW).Integrate lower-tier schedules (supplier, IPT, sprint/PI plans) into a single networked baseline; maintain horizontal and vertical traceability across WBS, OBS, and RAM.Establish schedule quality via DCMA 14-Point assessment (logic, lags, leads, constraints, float, invalid dates) and drive remediation with owners.Perform schedule risk analysis (SRA) and Monte Carlo simulations; produce confidence levels (P-dates) and risk-adjusted critical paths; recommend mitigations.Enable Earned Value Management (EVM) by time-phasing activities, aligning to control accounts/work packages, and integrating with cost and resource plans; support monthly business rhythms (IPMR/IPMDAR/IPT reviews).Lead critical path and driving path analysis; communicate schedule health, forecasted variances, and impacts to scope, cost, and performance.Run baseline change control (BCRs), facilitate re-plans, and maintain proper schedule configuration management and audit artifacts.Support proposals & captures: develop BOE-backed proposal schedules, IMP/IMS artifacts, and schedule volumes; model alternatives and "what-ifs."Coach CAMs and task leads on best practices (network logic, status collection, resource loading, estimate-to-complete).Publish recurring deliverables (milestone charts, IMS extracts, burn-down/velocity for agile teams, milestone readiness trackers, look-ahead views).Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to integrate external schedules, validate dates and logic, and manage interface dependencies.Ensure compliance with customer, contract, and corporate scheduling policies/standards (e.g., NDIA PASEG, DCMA, IPMDAR).Required Qualifications:Active TS/SCI + CI Poly clearanceBachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Engineering, Project Management, Operations) or equivalent experience.5–10 years of project/program scheduling experience supporting complex, multiyear efforts (federal/DoD or highly regulated programs preferred).Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project (including Project Online/Server) or Primavera P6: building networked schedules, custom fields, views, filters, and macros; resource and cost loading.Hands on DCMA 14Point and schedule quality diagnostics; ability to drive corrective actions with IPTs and suppliers.Experience with SRA/Monte Carlo (e.g., Deltek Acumen Risk, @RISK, Safran) and presentation of results to leadership.Working knowledge of EVM/EVMS concepts (baseline, control accounts, work packages, CAMs, BCWS/BCWP/ACWP, VAC, SPI/CPI) and IPMDAR/IPMR reporting support.Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into executive-level insights and visualizations.Desired Qualifications:PMI-SP (PMI Scheduling Professional)PMPPSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional – AACE)Primavera P6 CertificationMicrosoft Project Certification
