Integrated Master Scheduler IIISalary Range $86,729.00 - $137,416.00 Salary Position Type Full Time Job Shift Day Education Level 4 Year Degree Travel Percentage Up to 25% Category GovernmentDescriptionThe Integrated Master Scheduler III coordinates develops integrates and manages scheduling activities that comply with a program's or project's requirements. This position supports the customer by preparing and analyzing schedules monitoring milestone execution performing schedule risk assessments and generating program critical timelines and reports. The Scheduler III develops updates and maintains Integrated Master Schedules and produces detailed analyses used to inform customer leadership and acquisition decisionsThis contract is pending award.Must be a U.S.

Citizen.Must have a Top Secret w/SCI eligibility.Responsibilities :Prepare and analyze schedules and reports in accordance with the program's Schedule Management Plan (SMP)Perform schedule update procedures recovery plans and 'what if' scheduling analysesEstablish and monitor execution progress toward milestones key events, and significant accomplishment criteriaDevelop and manage project schedules that effectively communicate timelines to project teams and stakeholdersSupport data collection collation and interpretation of timelinesPerform IMS critical path schedule slack and predecessor/successor networking analysesConduct Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs)QualificationsRequired Qualifications :Master's degreeMinimum of 10 years of professional experience with integrated master schedulingProficient in Microsoft Project and Milestones ProfessionalProficient in DCMA 14 point assessment tools such as Deltek AcumenPreferred Qualifications :Experience supporting DoD acquisition across ACAT I–IV programs and Adaptive Acquisition Framework PathwaysProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationMinimum of 10 years of IMS support experience with the U.S. Navy or comparable DoD agenciesAbout MavyinMayvin is more than a workplace - it's a community built on innovation, ingenuity, and impact.
