Integrated Behavioral Health Consultant, Primary Care

Lancaster Family Health Center in Salem, OR is seeking a Behavioral Health Consultant to join a primary care–based behavioral health team. The role delivers counseling and therapeutic services to clients with complex or chronic needs, integrated into each client’s treatment plan and coordinated with the primary care provider. We welcome applicants with a PsyD/PhD in psychology or an independently licensed Master’s‑level mental health therapist, committed to collaborative, accessible care.
