Integrated Behavioral Health Consultant

KC CARE seeks a Behavioral Health Consultant to provide screenings, assessments, and brief therapeutic interventions in a primary care setting. You will integrate physical and behavioral health within the Patient-Centered Medical Home model.

Requires a Master’s degree in social work, psychology or counseling and Missouri licensure (Ph.D., LPC or LCSW). Minimum six months of relevant experience; travel to community sites may be required.
