Supporting a major Financial Services account, the full-time remote Integrated Account Services Analyst will assist with special initiatives, manage project coordination, and prepare client-facing deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Supporting special initiatives and ongoing business-as-usual activities related to COE functions Assisting program managers and leadership teams with project coordination and operational support Preparing reports, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables while managing multiple assignments Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in any field; business, communications, or related disciplines preferred 0-3 years of related professional or internship experience Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Familiarity with commercial real estate, facilities management, or corporate services organizations Interest in facilities management, real estate, or integrated corporate services
