Overseeing the Front End Intake team, the full-time Arizona Licensed Intake Supervisor will manage at least 6 Intake Coordinators, process Acute/Biologic referrals, conduct chart audits, and provide ongoing support in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Supervise and motivate the Intake team while maintaining high operational standards Respond to inquiries regarding Benefit Verifications and Authorizations from providers and escalation departments Lead by example to foster a positive and professional team atmosphere Required qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 3+ years of customer service experience 3+ years of Benefits Verification experience 2+ years of team lead or training experience 2+ years of experience managing remote teams
