Intake Manager

Personal injury law firm is hiring an Intake Team Manager to join their Ocean County, New Jersey office.

The ideal candidate is an adaptable and detail oriented professional with:

• Extensive experience managing personal injury claims in a paralegal, attorney, or insurance adjuster capacity
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate personal injury matters to establish priority
• Train and mentor intake team
• Direct matters to the appropriate departments
• Assist with additional tasks, as needed

Additional information:

• Salary: $70K - $90K commensurate with experience plus annual discretionary bonus
