Serving as the first point of contact for families seeking ABA therapy services, the full-time Intake Coordinator will manage a high volume of calls, guide clients through the intake process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage 75-100+ inbound and outbound calls daily to assist families seeking services Explain programs clearly and guide families through the intake process Track progress in Salesforce and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the onboarding experience Required qualifications Experience in a customer service or intake coordination role Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred Ability to work full-time during specified hours (9:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. EST) Strong organizational skills and goal-oriented mindset
