Intake Case Manager

Managing a caseload of personal injury clients, the full-time Intake Case Manager will guide clients through the early stages of their cases while ensuring exceptional support and efficient claims resolution in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Manage personal injury client cases from intake through progression, ensuring timely updates and support Apply knowledge of bodily injury claims and pre-litigation processes to identify and submit cases for demand evaluation Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and carriers to obtain necessary information and documentation for case management Required qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish 1+ years of experience as an Intake Case Manager or Personal Injury Case Manager in a plaintiff personal injury law firm Demonstrated experience with bodily injury claims, pre-litigation case management, and property damage claims Proficiency with Litify, Salesforce, or similar case management systems Strong organizational and case management skills, capable of managing a high-volume caseload independently
