Owning the end-to-end intake, sizing, and prioritization process, the fully remote Intake and Capacity Lead will manage change requests for the US Mortgage Banking Change Management Organization, ensuring a consistent flow from submission to delivery readiness. Key responsibilities Own and improve the CMO intake, sizing, and prioritization process for change requests Facilitate review and prioritization forums while providing governance and oversight Maintain the Asana tool as the CMO system of record, ensuring accurate status, sizing, capacity, and priority Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 7+ years of experience in intake management, demand or portfolio management, PMO, or process governance Experience running governance forums and maintaining a prioritization framework Working knowledge of the change and delivery lifecycle Proficiency with Asana or a comparable work-management tool
