Responsibilities
• Prospecting: Identify and contact potential clients through networking, referrals, and inbound or outbound sales activities.
• Needs Assessment: Interview clients to analyze their financial situation, existing coverage, and risk exposure.
• Policy Recommendations: Present and explain suitable insurance options (e.g., Property & Casualty, Life, Health, or Commercial lines) matching the client's budget and protection goals.
• Sales & Closing: Guide clients through the application process, handle underwriting requirements, and finalize policy sales.
• Account Management: Provide ongoing client support, assist with policy renewals, and help navigate the claims process.
Requirements
Education: High school graduate or equivalent
Licensing: Must obtain an active Arizona Property & Casualty (P&C) license within the first 30 days of employment, and Life & Health (L&H) licensing is required after 6 months.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasive skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with high self-motivation.
Proficiency with computer systems, CRM software, and quoting tools.
