Responsibilities include:Communicating with clients, mortgage companies, and real estate agents regarding insurance for new home purchasesPartnering closely with insurance agents to gather information and prepare policy documentationReviewing policy paperwork for accuracy, including names, property information, and other important detailsObtaining additional documentation needed to satisfy carrier requirementsPreparing Evidence of Insurance and invoices for closingUpdating and maintaining records within the agency management systemAssisting insurance agents with homebuyer information and policy supportVerifying closing dates and ensuring policies are issued on timeReviewing, finalizing, and issuing insurance policiesWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who takes pride in getting the details right while delivering exceptional support to both clients and teammates.
