Responsibilities

• Sell insurance policies to new and existing customers
• Create a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
• Explain coverage options and sell based on value, not just price
• Follow up on leads, close sales, and meet monthly goals
• Build long‑term client relationships through trust and service
• Be a strong part of a team that works together to grow

Requirements

• Active Texas P&C license (or willing to become licensed in Texas)
• Previous insurance sales experience required — no entry‑level or unlicensed candidates
• Ability to multitask, follow up, and follow through
• Confident and motivated personality
• Intermediate computer skills
