Key responsibilities Place outbound calls to life insurance applicants and gather medical, financial, occupational, and avocation histories Review and edit information collected during interviews for quality assurance and document call results Learn and adhere to specific client requirements while responding to client and management requests professionally Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Background in medical terminology Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Teams Comfortable navigating technology and call management systems Availability to work from 10am to 7pm CST, Monday to Friday, and 8am to 4:30pm CST on Saturdays
