Key responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to complete life insurance medical and financial interviews with applicants Gather and review medical, financial, occupational, and avocation histories during interviews Utilize call management systems to log call attempts and document information accurately Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Medical terminology background is essential Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Teams, with strong technological navigation skills Availability to work from 9 am to 6 pm Central Time, including Saturday hours Training will follow a 10 am to 7 pm schedule
