To support the expansion into new insurance lines, the full-time remote Insurance Program Development Manager will build a pipeline of market opportunities, connect with underwriting leaders, and collaborate with senior leadership to shape portfolio strategy. Key responsibilities Expand network across reinsurance brokers, fronting carriers, MGAs, and underwriting leaders to represent the company in the market Source program opportunities through broker and carrier relationships, industry events, and market research Build and manage a continuous pipeline of opportunities, from initial introduction to program launch Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in insurance, particularly in reinsurance brokerage, MGA program development, or related roles An established network across reinsurance brokers, fronting carriers, and MGAs A proven track record of originating and launching insurance programs Experience as a hands-on operator comfortable with ambiguity and disciplined follow-through Strong communication skills to work effectively with senior industry professionals and leadership
