Insurance Operations Director: Scale Growth & Partnerships

Odevo is seeking a Director of Insurance Operations to lead the Insurance Group's systems, processes, people, and data at scale. You will manage a distributed team of Insurance Coordinators, build tools and workflows, and own broker partnerships central to Odevo's go-to-market model.

This role requires strong P&C insurance knowledge, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate growth strategy into scalable operating models while driving performance across the US market.
