Seeking Independent Contractors to Perform Insurance Property Surveys! Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property inspections. This is a great opportunity for supplemental income or fulltime work. You determine your hours and volume.

Our contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, and submitting a report online.

Responsibilities

Perform property inspections, capture photographs, collect property details and conditions, and submit online reports.

Qualifications

• Reliable car to travel to inspections.
• Microsoft computer running Windows 10 or newer.
• Smartphone or digital camera.
• Reliable home internet connection.
• Basic computer and communication skills.
