Duties
- Work on all aspects of commercial litigation from inception through trials and appeals.
- Conduct legal research and write memoranda.
- Draft complex case analyses and prepare briefs, pleadings, and motions.
- Conduct, propound, and respond to discovery.
- Collaborate with clients, witnesses, experts, and other counsel.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in complex litigation.
- Genuine interest in insurance litigation.
- Strong writing and case management skills.
- Deposition and court experience preferred.
- Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
California State Bar license.
