Detail-oriented and technically adept, the full-time remote Licensing and Contracting Forms Analyst will manage a large library of licensing and contracting forms, configure data-mapping logic, and provide Tier One support for form and data-related inquiries. Key responsibilities Manage and maintain a comprehensive library of PDF forms and associated business rules Program data mapping logic using XSL/XML code to ensure accurate form data application Serve as the primary support contact for form and data-mapping related issues and requests Required qualifications Experience in the insurance industry specifically within Licensing and Contracting Proficiency in reading and writing XSL/XML code Ability to interpret complex business rules and apply them to forms coding Proven customer support experience with strong phone and email handling skills A quiet home workspace with fast, reliable internet access
