Key Responsibilities Review simulated environments, data, tools, workflows, and tasks representing real-world insurance operations Assess the realism, usefulness, and completeness of the environments from the perspective of an experienced insurance professional Provide clear, actionable recommendations for improving the environments based on identified gaps and inconsistencies with industry practices Required Qualifications Approximately 3-7 years of hands-on professional experience within the insurance industry Practical experience in areas such as Health Insurance, Property & Casualty, or Claims Management Strong understanding of insurance workflows, stakeholders, documentation, and operational processes Ability to critically evaluate processes and provide detailed, constructive feedback Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
